Scope of Services
Home Reset Co. provides event support, vacation resets, and one-time home reset services focused on maintaining a functional and manageable home. Deep cleaning and specialty services are not included unless otherwise agreed.

Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking details and access to the home at the scheduled time. Delays may reduce service time.

Payment Policy
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise discussed. Card and Zelle payments are accepted.

Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Service Limitations
Services do not include heavy lifting, hazardous materials, or deep cleaning. Additional requests may be billed separately if time allows.

Supplies
Clients typically provide preferred household supplies unless otherwise arranged.

Safety & Environment
Pets should be secured if necessary. Services may be paused or ended if conditions are unsafe.

Liability
Home Reset Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

Agreement
By booking or submitting payment, the client agrees to these terms.
